nustart 3000as by compustar

i don't know if you guys heard about these alarms by compustar but it called nustart model no. 3000as.well one of my friends have it installed in there 97 blazer and all was working fine until this evening . it has remote start as well the 2 way paging system. this evening my friend armed their vehicle and left the doors all unlocked no power doors but the system was armed and i was able to enter the vehicle through any of the doors without it going off.the dome light ciomes on but it does not trigger the alarm.everything else still functions shock sensor remote start but if i open the doors it will not set the alarm off. any help guys i'd really appreciate it.

if it was properly installed, it should be under warranty. take it back to the place that installed it. if not, its up to him to figure it out, or pay someone to.

compustar products tend to go bad often, we see them alot at work goin bad, so take it back, not much else u can do
