under NSPL rules it states that " 8. Equipment used for competition must be 12 volt powered and must be commercially or consumer available. " seeing that no car runs at exactly 12 volts, most run at 14.4 volts, would one be allowed to run a
12+ volt battery for the entire car? im looking at a 17 volt battery instead of 12 volt.
