noticable difference?

Yeah there's a difference. On one your pushing 200 watts and the other is 300 watts. So there is a 100 watt difference.

If they are 8 ohm how do you plan on running at 4 ohms, unless you wire them parellel to a mono amp.

no i meant 100 watts to two subs and 150 to two subs pushed by a mono amp
