Not sure what to buy, Alpine 9855 or Pioneer 9600? Help me.

Hello, I'm looking for a new head unit and I think i've narrowed it down to two. The Alpine CDA-9855 and the Pioneer DEH-P9600MP. I know which one is cheaper but money doesn't matter for these two. Could someone help me with my decision. The Alpine looks nice with the many options but I really like the Pioneer's background screensavers and such. Someone help! Thanks!

the alpines have very good sound quality, less ppl have them, and i personally think there built with better quality, so i would go with the alpine

the only diff between the 9 series and 8 series is the motorized face (save yourself a few bucks and get the p860mp)

9855 is a hassle to use b/c of the glidetouch

I would wait til Pioneer releases the '06 Premier lineup. The 780, 880, and the 980 are looking very nice and they aren't really going to be that expensive. All these units sport burr brown d/a converters too.
