iwould try tuning higher but that just me just cause your tuned to 38 does not mean you lose your lows you will gain box space witch will help lows and your tuned to low for the trucks peeks

i already had one tuned to 38hz, i didnt like it, it didnt have any low end to it, thats why i tuned this one lower, i dont like a really high tuning like that, and alot of people that run AQ like a lower tuning on them also.

yes, i originaly had one sdc2.5 15 in a 3.5 cube net box tuned to 38hz, now i have 2 sdc2.5 15's in a 6.5 cubic foot net box tuned to 35hz, i believe i had 13sq inches of port per cube on my old box...it was a slot port, and im at like 9 sq inches of port per cube with aeros (which is about right for aeros)

so the subs are getting .25 cubes per sub less andthe tuning went down, but thats not enough to justify it sounding the same honesty.. i should of atleast seen some difference.

Those subs have no problems with the lows, your not going to find them in a 6 cube box though. Try 8.5 cubes net tuned to 32hz. My old box for my SDC's was 9 cubes @ 32, it destroyed the lows, the last note in put on was the loudest. I tried a few different boxes, 9 @ 40 which was horrible, and 10 @ 36 which was okay.. but don't be afraid to tune them low, and give them at least 120" of slot port. oh, personally I've had best luck in my extended cab with both subs and port facing up.

i wish i could fit subs up, but there is just no way, my only option is subs forward port up., and i went with aeros cause they take up less air space then a slot port would of.

on a side note, does anyone else hate winter? with my windows up its literally half as loud as when both windows are down, it *****.. i want summer to get here.. now
