What's up everybody, not a new member just new to forum activity, and forum involvement itself.

Older guy been into car audio for the past 2 years ,wife considers me a audioholic!!! Been checking out gear for the last year and a 1/2 to the point now where budget versus what I want is a concern. Can somebody advise on whether or not cdt audio ,hybrid audio ,or audio frog ,or some other brand would be an upgrade to my font dr comps? Once again lookin for something different!!!!!!

You want something different than what you have now or something different from what everyone else has? Budget? I'm hoping you'll be running a dedicated amp? Will there be a subwoofer?

Noticed my massive components have 18 db crossovers are the 24 db crossovers better? Not sure what this means?

So you do have stuff that many others have. Are you unhappy with it or just want something different? Budget will be key here. I wanted something different about a year ago as well, settled on all European speakers/subs and it is different. I don't think anyone on this forum or even many people in the states have this gear.

Which parts of the system are you trying to replace exactly?

If you want something as an upgrade and different i think we have a digital designs dealer on 290 & 34th by spring branch.

Might wanna recheck tho.

Need help with local stuff let me know im usually in spring/cypress/katy/spring branch/aldine depending on my schedule.
