Not a fair bailout for all?

Not true.. Since they accepted money from the goverment and now its business as usual and gambling it away - that is fraud.
No, it is not. That does not constitute fraud. The money today is paying back the loan sharks, more or less. I haven't seen evidence of fraud with the govt's money.

The problem is, there isnt any evidence that YOU are seeing. It may be something that the SEC is gathering. Who knows.

Or maybe, they're not doing shit. Which is probably closer to the truth.

That is why they are to be converted to negroe slaughter houses.

The Big 3 are being punished for:

1) Years of failure,

2) Unions

The questions are tougher, in part, because there aren't many who are happy with how the FI bailouts have turned out. Republicans who barely believed in the FI bailout are now justifiably pessimistic about providing money to the Big 3.

Personally, I think the difference between the Big 3 and banks is that the Big 3 produce tangible products made by a large number of employees. This sort of production has been the cornerstone of the US economy in the past, but obviously the US is having a hard time competing on production of ANY product.

As much as it will hurt, GM and Chrysler should go through the bankruptcy process for their own sake.

Lending hundreds of billions with no oversight....sometimes I have complete faith in my government

As much as it will hurt, GM and Chrysler should go through the bankruptcy process for their own sake.
This...if they ever want to be stable/profitable again

This is bankruptcy minuses the term being used. They are getting money and will have an auto czar oversee everything and basically restructure the company. How is that any different then chapter 11?
