Noobie here...please help

Hey guys...

I'm looking to put some subs into my new car. I don't have a lot to spend but I want to make sure I end up with something decent. My only system before this was 2 12" sony xplods with a sony xplode amp. I am looking at getting 2 12" Rockford Fosgate Punch stage 2s. First of all I was wondering if this is a good choice (keep in mind I want to stay in this price range) and also and I wondering what amp I should get to power them. I am thinking about getting a sealed box because I love the tighter sound and am more interested in SQ than SPL. Thanks in advance for any help.

Build the box yourself. It's easy and you'll only have to pay about $35 for some MDF
