My ppi 300.4 puts out 50 watts per channel at 12.5 volts. Since most cars charge at 14 volts does that increase the wattage.

Only if the power supply is non regulated (not familiar with that amp). Regulated amps put out the same power at any voltage within its operating window.

most of time yes. but ur amp will take alittle draw from the battery.
