Noob Here Needs a Box design for 2 12"s!

what is the ideal amount of cubes for a 2 12" sub box? and once again, if i'm running 2 12"s should the port be inbetween them or off to one side, or does it even matter?

When u see the port in the middle its cuz usually they are seperate chambers. I do shared chamber boxes port to drivers side. And yea please don't put it on top of the seat it looks like complete crap. U should do 2 shallow mount subs and build under seat boxes.

i would def. build a under seat box, but the tundra has no underseat room for any sort of box period, it just has molded in storage compartments

Thanks!

Put some spacers under the seat legs to get you a little more room. I put 3" spacers under my Silverado extended cab rear seat and built a box with four 10's facing forward. Don't know the architecture under your Tundra seat, but you don't have to live with the limited space. Jack the seat up. DO NOT put a box on your seat. It will become an 80-pound projectile.

If you want to see some pics of my under-seat box, drop me your email address and I'll get them out to you.
