Non-Paying Bidder on Ebay

How long do you guys think I should wait until I relist this amp. The auction closed on the 14th and I didnt here from the guy until the 16th. He then said he would be paying on the 17th when he transferd some money in to his paypal account. It is now the 21th and I havnt recived any word form him other that that one email on the 16th. I have emailed him 2 times since the 17th and gotten no respones. His feedback is 12 with one neg for nonpayment. Here is a link to the auction;

If he said he would pay on the 10th, I would think a week after that is more than reasonable. it is now the 21st, relist them and get them sold. IMO, make sure you file a non-paying claim with ebay first.

Sorry, I fixed the link. I havnt had a neg in 2 years, and none as a seller.

Aahhh....okay.

Well, like already posted by others go through PayPal and send him a reminder invoice. That way he cannot use the excuse that he didn't know the correct total, he didn't know that he had won the listing, blah blah blah. Include in the invoice that if it is not paid by X date then you will be filing a NPB alert with eBay and relisting the item.
