Non Amplified Upgrade

I was wondering what are some of the best non-amplified door speakers? I might be looking to upgrade them over the next few months. I do not plan on running an amplifier for them due to space and power restrictions. My stock speakers are a JBL Premium system, but it is also 14 years old now. Any suggestions?

I am mainly looking for speakers that output in the 20-30W RMS range and sound good at that power.

EDIT: I do have a component system. The tweeters are 1" I believe. Haven't taken exact measurements.
