i got engine noise coming out of my tweeters and thats sometime not all the time, what could that be?

don't know you must find out by muting the AMPs[shorted RCAs] and finding where the noise is coming from

could have a bad ground wire or have your power wire next to your rcas/speaker wires

grounds and RCAs near your power wires don't cause noise. It's just BS
