hello

i have yet another problem. my subs make a high pitched squeal type of a thing. is tis my ground again cause i have sanded down my ground points and i know its not my hu cause its not even connected. im running it off a psp.

any info greatly appreciated.

Is it just your subs, or all speakers?

Does it do that when your car is running, and turned off, or just one or the other?

Could be your RCA's, not enough shielding.

Could also be a lose power wire. That is often over-looked, people think just a lose ground would be the problem, when in fact it could be a lose (+) connection somwhere. Check all connections, battery connections, ect.

Your PSP (Is it protable, I dont know on the new consoles.) If not, and you are using a power inverter, they sometimes can cause noise in a system.

That gives you a place to start.

it makes it even when my psp is not connected. both my subs and speakers make the noise. i dont mind it, but will it hurt my subs? it makes it when the car is turned on/off. I dont think its my rca's cause i use one directly to my psp in the trunk(no were near the power). where would u recomend a ground point. i have mine on my seat belt bolt. and its sanded.

thnks
