Noise/Fuzz coming from all 4 speakers...?

Hey,

I just finished installing all 4 of my speakers, 2x 6.5s in the front doors (pioneer) and 2x 6x9s (pioneer also) in the back. When playing songs on low volume, or any time signal is being sent to the speakers, example the slight pause before a song starts. I can hear noise or a fuzzy sound from all 4 of the speakers. I don't really hear it once I turn it up but it's kind of bugging me at low levels.

What's causing this and how can I fix it?

stupid and simple question but, are you playing cd's?

double check make sure all your connections are solid and theres no interference in the speaker wires.

It does it the same with CDs and radio, wires are all connected fine. I'm pretty sure it's the shitty HU that I'm using.

is your RCA's and power wiring running next to each other ? if so that could be the problem..
