Noise feedback though AV to hdmi module with belkin miracast adapter

Gttting some buzzing weirdness during AV Sfreen mirroring function on  my double din. All wires are clean fed and secured and crimped.  Nothing when i play radio only when I introduce AV Mode to use my AV To hdmi adapter for my belkin miracast dongle.

It never did it on my Kenwood unit , is there a noise suppressor piece i can use  in the Headunit rca AV red and black inputs inline  between the rca to hdmi module to cancel out any white noise ?

Its probably the headunit cause its Android headunit junk but I use it for now for the media purposes .
