Toyota now states that have inspected the vehicle and have no reason for the malfunction. I still say the old moonbat driving it should be confined to a motorized scooter at best. Idiot.

I read a week or two ago that the computer is responsible for a lot of the acceleration problems, and Toyota is trying to cover it up because its a much more difficult fix than sticky pedals.

This reminds me of the Audi fiasco in the 90's...I think a lot of it has to do with the media blowing it all out of proporation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Toyota fan myself, but I think they are getting shafted. IMHO.
