no video feed

ive installed a jensen in dash dvd player and i have no video.ive tried to wire it to the e-brake and straight wiring for video while in drive mode iand can not get anything.anybody have any suggestions.

it might help if you mention the exact model # of the unit as it may be different on older jensen models to newer ones

you can't just hook it up to the parking brake. it has to see a ground double pulse. hook that wire, i think it's the pink one, to a toggle. the other end of the toggle goes to ground. now to watch a movie, you have to flip the toggle on, flip it off, then flip it on and leave it on. that should do it.
