No soldering gun...how to connect 2 wires?

I do not own a soldering gun and I keep on hearing T-taps are not good for car audio. So is there anything else i can do? I really dont want to cut any wires neither, if possible.

I want to extend my car rear speaker with a speaker wire to an amp and also connect my remote turn on wire to a 12v.

You could just go get a cheap soldering iron... It is about the best way to do things...

depending on how thick either run a coupler, or bolt/nut with spiky washers had to do this before for 4 gauge, still works fine. just wrap her up good or use heat shrink around it.

Strip them down and crimp them

If you're just tapping into an existing wire you can use crimp splices (taps) but they're not all that reliable.
