No pre-amp outputs

I have an older PIoneer MP7400 I believeis the model. It has an RCA output for the rear subs but thats it. I keep hearing audio minded people telling me I should be powering the interiors with an amp rather than the joke of a mofset that Pioneer claims to put out 55x4 which Im sure is more like half that at best. So my question here is it even possible to bypass the mofset inside the stereo and run the signal straight to my aftermarket amp to power the interior speakers?? Any help would be awesome. Thanks! -Dan

I imagine you coudl have the deck modded into have RCA outs but I dont think ti woudl be worth the cost.

Basically you have 2 options depdnning how fussy you want to be and also how much of a budget you are working with.

#1 - JL Cleansweep (expensive, alot of features, best SQ attempt)

#2 - Regular lineoutput converter (cheap, not many features, it works perfect)

To be honest best option is to buya new deck and be done with it. If you were running sotck headunit and didnt want to switch to aftermarket for some reason (integrated dashes) then the LOC or cleansweep is your best alternative.
