no power coming to head unit

Installing this head unit everything works except for the constant power... I do a test on the factory harness and nothing? The stock radio only has the dimming lights that will light it up... I checked some fuses and nothing... Any ideas?

I just googled the manual for the eq. It only pulls 5.5 amps at full power. Just connect it to the radio power wiring. It will be fine...
