No pictures

Maybe some of you can help me. At school, on any forum, I get all the pictures and animated smiles. At home, most of the pics don't even show up. Sometimes I get a box with an x, most of the time its like there is no pics in the thread. Also no smiles, I didn't even know this one had a signhsnap:

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you using iE? If so, try Firefox, or Opera. Is this just on CA.com or the entire internet?
