No bass, can't figure it out for the life of me.

Moved my amp a few inches, then my subs stopped. I've tried: New rca's. New speaker wire, another amp, and different grounds and power wire. Both amps are green light. The only thing left is the lineout converter right? But the lineout has extra slack so theres a 0% chance it moved at all. Lineout wires are good. Same ground and power as my highs amp, which is working. I've tried taking the RCA's from my 4 channel and running highs to a sub through one of the amps, switched it to HPF, still a no go. I don't know what the hell else to do.

I thought switching the amp to high and using the 4channels rca's would rule out the line out converter but I still didn't get any sound from the sub.

since you tried all those things. get a multimeter and see if you are getting any voltage from the line out converter, if you can't get any voltage then that might be the problem.
