No Bass after Imprint

My deck is an Alpine IDA-x100. I added the Imprint processor(to increase line voltage and a few acoustical problems). When I initially installed it, the sound was pretty good... mainly the subs were much better controlled. Then... I ran the software and used the Mic.... no BASS!!! The rest sounds good , it corrected a harshness in the mids... but the subs barely run! HELP!!!

did you turn your gain down on your sub amp before running???

imprints known to decrease bass

Thank you both for your replies. I will check my wiring for phase and ... no, I did not set the bass to 'minimum'. So... out to the garage...

yep, the imprint will cost you bass. i haven't been impressed with the imprint setup systems i've heard anyway, i much prefer a properly, manually setup up stereo.

i unhook subs run imprint then hook em back up

It worked... after double checking phase... I set the sub amp to min, set up the Imprint, works great!
