I think the "amp" in the center console is the body control module. You must put that back. First Google "02 Sequioa Control Module" to see what they look like before you start snipping wires. Plenty of educated guys in this site, so ask away.

The ECM is behind the glovebox. The JBL 10 speaker system installed in these Sequoias apparently have 2 amplifiers

I thought about that but could not find a second amplifier for sale online. Only one I could find was the one behind the radio. So it made me want to warn you before a mishap.
