Nissan Altima Alternator

I'll probably be buying a new Altima coupe in the near future. Does anyone know where I can find a good high output alternator for this vehicle? I don't know what the stock unit is, but I can be fairly certain I will need to upgrade it before I assemble the entire stereo. I'm not sure if anyone on these forums has this car, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction for finding an upgraded alt. Thanks.

What kind of setup are you putting in the car? You may be wasting money on a HO alt depending on your setup. Also from the horror stories I constantly see on the site, I wouldnt recommend getting one unless you can pick it up yourself from a shop near you.

I'm not entirely sure what my budget will allow, or how long I'll be able to hold out and save up. But I'll likely be running an Alpine PDX-4.150, Alpine PDX-2.150 and I'm thinking about a Sundown SAZ-3000D. If I do end up with the 3000D, I wouldn't even feel comfortable running that on the stock alt. At this point, it looks like something I cannot avoid.

Yeah. I sent Nate an email, but he doesn't have anything for the current models yet ('07-'08). After hearing nothing but positives about EA, I was hoping he would have something for me, but nothing there. Any other options anywhere?
