No extra nipple here, but seriously, 1 to 5% have more than 2 nipples? That's crazy.

Tons of people have them. Usually it doesn't look like a full nipple, like that one on the foot does, but it is pretty common, in both men and women. Some people have 'em taken off, some people just leave 'em and they don't look like anything more than a small mole or something.

So yeah. They aren't always as developed.
