check out niketalk.com....there is a legit\fake check forum there...post pics and others will give an educated guess

i try to buy from sellers who offer double or triple your money back if the shoes are fake

I can buy 2 or 3 different kinds. (work, sport, casual) for the price some pay for one pair.

A place called Steve and Barrys. They have decent clothes at around $20 for 2 shirts.

I don't care too much about name brands anymore. People who know me know I don't carry my networth around my neck or in my pocket. People who don't know me don't need to know how much money I have.

I tend to agree with you normally, but not all shoes are equal. Now, don't get me wrong, the shoes posted here are not worth anywhere NEAR what they are asking for them. But I just bought a new pair of brooks and they set me back 117 bucks. I try to run at least 25 miles a week, and I need a great pair of shoes to do that in.

Is there really that high of demand for used shoes?

There is a thrift store that sells shoes for low prices. Take for instance, a pair of Jordan's for 1996. Do they actually appreciate in value? Do people buy shoes as an investment vehicle? I am not saying this is wrong, bad, or stupid. I am always open to new investment opportunities.

So, I go off and buy $3k worth of Jordans and held them for 5 years. Do you have any estimated ROI? What sizes should one buy for optimal investment success? The stock market is too crowded, alternative investments is where it's at.
