Okay hers the thing have been wanting to do 2 15's in trunk for a long time.I currently have a btl but theres someone selling some nightshades on here. Now I know the btls handle more but if any has ran both what are the likes and dislikes.I can either buy another btl or trade for both nightshades plus cash let me know thanks.

im not sure if they are stock but right now i have a gp3000d pro and am either getting another or getting on big amp to run both not sure i just figured i have the btl might as well just get another.my 15'' did good on 1800 watts for what i got i would like to put down close to a 50 in trunk then i will be happy

thats what i figured just stay with the cheapest.Just curious has anyone ran the gp3000d at .5 ohm at all not sure if i should just sell it and get a bogger stronger one

there he is i knew he'd show up eventually =) but ya i have to agree if you have the electrical/amps, go with the btl's, if you don't have enough stick with the stock nightshades. either way it'll sound good

I own and have used both. Stock NightShades get louder on less power. Btls will handle more power better. Other than that they are very similiar although IMO the NightShade is slightly more musical (as in it plays the lows better). For 2kwatts or less per sub go with the NightShades. For 2k+watts per sub go with the Btls. I wouldn't run the Btls unless I was planning on a lot of power because IMO they don't get moving good until you get around 3kwatts into each.

thats what i was thinking just doing the nightshades.then i wouldnt have to worry about getting that much power to them.maybe all do i the btl's then switch to the nightshades later.how much would they cost to upgrade a little to handle more power

I also had a question.i metered a 146.7 with the one btl in a huge box tuned at 35 with about 1800 watts do you think its possible to hit a 150 with both in trunk in like 7-7.25 running about 2k a piece to each sub

I wish I could compare but I just know the BTL can handle huge power on the daily //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif
