Its the prototype. The new ones are supposed to be even better. I got another sub coming eventually as well as the production nightshades.

that nightshade was v1 of the nightshade protos, and that dustcap actually came off one of the first dd 9900s, jake picked itup off me lol

V1? I thought it was the only prototype? Well besides the other one but I'm working on getting that....

yea it is the only proto like that, it is the first proto, then there was some pretty big changes for the proto i got to play with, and it has become production model

Wait now I'm confused. Where the hell did the other motor come from then? I know Jake made one and blew it up (which is this sub) and one got damaged during shipping (which I'm working on getting) and all that was left was the motor. So is that one the V2? Did you test that one?

no clue what happend to the one that got broke in shipping. that would be a v1 i do believe

It must of been the other v1 motor. I could have swore Jake said there were two V1's but I can't remember. Do you have a link for your test?

That is correct -- the other motor you have on hold with me is a v1 -- it was originally broken in shipping and was finally been re-built. Chads testing on the production prototype is posted on my SSA forum.
