Shipper may of packaged it poorly but its obvious fedex has alot to do with this, it must of had the fu ck beat out of it for it to be broken up like that. fedex should cover this one I think.

Completely the shipper fault here... I mean a single box w/ bubble wrap and packing peanuts for a 50+ lbs sub. 

Theres even a f*cking thread on it here, shouldnt be too difficult.

 

If FedEx doesnt cover it, i would go ape sh*t on the shipper.

I doupt fedex will help because they didnt package it. Same with UPS. Which is stupid because one I was shipping a E8 and the guy at the counter was just going to put in into a box. He started taping it and I was just standing there like //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif...when he looked up I suggested some real packaging.

Almost looks like the package was crushed. Would dropping it really crack the sub like that? A forklift probably hit that shit.

I would understand them blaming the packaging and there was just a hole it the surround or something.. but to break the basket up in pieces means fedex abused the hell out of that package.

had it happen before, a dropped sub will definately crack the basket at the spokes like that. The baskets weren't designed to handle drops when attached to 50lb motors.
