Whenever I sleep, I tend to wake up within a few hours with my clothes and sheets soaked with sweat.
I've been able to get a good nights sleep by wearing pajamas, then when I wake up sweating, take them off and go back to sleep, then when I wake up sweating again I change to another set of covers I have handy.
I don't wake up scared or anything like that, I just wake up because I'm cold and wet.
What really concerns me is.... I'm afraid to sleep with other people (girlfriends/****s) because I will soak the covers with sweat in the middle of the night...which would be annoying and embarrassing.
Anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?
