Thanks. For $180 shipped I will suppy some 1" aura tweets from the mr6.1 set that are new so the set can be made into a component set if desired with the supplied crossovers. They would come with surface or flush mounts.

where would i find out what size my tweets are in my '00 grand am?...cause i think that would work for me like that way wouldnt it?..if i put the mids in the door and the tweets from the mr6.1 in the sail?

that would work, also note these drivers are about 3.25" deep make sure you have clearance. And yes it would work but the tweets may be a little loud that high up. Might have to make an l-pad to turn them down a bit "about $3 in parts"

i would have no idea how to make an l-pad....and ill have to get back to you tomorrow night cause im not sure if i have the room for something that deep.

these are worth it... my g/f has these and I had and sold a set of MR62's... there were too deep for my 4runner but I wish I still had them... they are AWSOME!

If ya use the 6.5" converter, after that I think it is less than 2" deep.

I had to use the supplied adapter + 1.5" of MDF and the stock speaker baffle to make it fit in my honda //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.... they can still get plenty loud as with most, but they are crystal clear the WHOLE way... give 'em 100w and seal those doors up and deaden 'em...
