someone like me with major amounts of feedback would hold the money and when the item is received by that person he would send the money to you and the tested phone to the person. It would be a person you both trust. In all honesty thats probably the only way you will sell this phone on here being your account is so new, I know i was interested in the phone but no way i would send cash first to someone new. I would have asked you to ship first to.

well I guess the end user would receive his item a few days later as it is shipped 2 times and it cost the extra shipping charge and extra paypal fee, but usually the requestor will pay for the escrow extra fees. As for ebay refs, they really only count if you are gonna sell this to him on ebay.
