Go with something like the 3.5k's around here, it'll give you plenty of power to see how much they can take. Jacob underrates them a lot. I hear people running them on 1k daily so only one way to find out!

And after rise and junk, they're not going to see 3500 watts though.

are you saying 1k per sub?
 
sa's need no break in period , they test them before they even sell them and wow they really push them look on here jacob even stated himself no break in needed

 
Well to give you an idea of how much you can push them, I've just purchased ONE SA-10 after talking to Jacob and Brandon first to make sure they could take my amp. It's going on an eD 9.1 at 1ohm. Which is underrated to do 1200w at 12.5V, so more like 1300-1400 at 14v; and both told me with properly set gains, it should not be a problem. So... you can safely push them 1000W each.
