Picked this up today at sears....after using it, it's the ONLY way to cut 2x4"s, 2x8's or 4x4"s....works good on mdf also up to 10" in width. Now i just need a tablesaw, a router table and a fixed base router for the table...maybe a nice scroll saw also

We're going to replace our radial arm saw with a sliding compound miter saw.

nice, how do you like it? i have a laser guided circular saw and the laser blows, alot more accurate w/out the laser.

when i say "woodshop" i use that term loosely...think more like 1 side of a 2 car garage. Altho i am building quite the collection of power tools to use on my projects.

sweet....the laser trac is pretty cool...seems pretty accurate

nice, was looking at that exact saw before but skeptical of the laser, glad it works good, may have made my decision for me. i wish i had a seperate wood shop, 1 car garage FTL. nothing better than engine components and mdf dust.
