Newb Here, intro and Question

Ive owned and put together 2 JL systems myself, first was 2-12W6V2's powered by a 1000/1, 2nd a 12w7 and 1000/1. Im a true JL Audio Loyalist, im in between systems right now, Lookin to step up harder. my first question i wanna ask is, Id like opinions on what you'd choose as a system over say 2-13W7s and 2-1000/1??? all info and reason are needed. Ive been Looking at the EarthQuakes, and Hifonics. still getting more into learning what each hones in on.
