It's on consignment at this point most likely. He's not selling it new from dealer stock, he's selling it for a customer. It's a technicality, sure, but it should be enough of a distinction to keep him out of hot water with RE/US amps.

I would more likely guess that the person gave them a deposit to hold it and can't come through because of the accident...but consignment doesnt seem so out of the question. If they sold it to him in the first place and are also taking a cut of the selling price, they're lucky as hell...

Guys. I have a customer that bought this speaker back in April, he then wrecked his car before he could get the funds up to do buy the amp and do the install. He has had the speaker for about two months. It was never used. Our store has a no cash refund policy, but we do give store credit. I know alot of you guys may not like that policy but that is just the way it has to work when you are a small bussiness dealing with the shady people that we sometimes have to deal with. I cannot afford to refund x amount of dollars months after I have spent it to keep my doors open. I told the guy I would list it for him, I dont think he knows how to turn on a computer much less setup an ebay auction. It is legit, if you look at my feedback and the items I have sold you will see that I have been nothing but honest. We are not making any money off the deal and I doubt my customer will either, he just wants to get most of it back.

i recognize the background of that room, ive seen pics of that 06 xxx and other high end subs in that rom, in fact they had the motor's of some subs at the bottom of the poles running from the floor to ceiling...
