I know there are many workout threads but i was wondering if you guys had any exerices you do that are different from a lot of people, or any websites that had some cool ones.
I was looking around online and found quite a few workout ruitines, but i already do most of those exercises.
Just seeing cuz i workout each day, i do upper body one day, lower body the next. I do my calastinics(sp really bad) each day as well.
