Not related to the thread but recently I had to send one of my nine.1s back to eD because it crapped out on me. almost two weeks later I get an email saying that mine is going to take longer than expected to repair but if I would like, there is a b stock that they can send me instead. Mine already had some little scratches so I said no problem. I just really want an amp back. So they send me one. I got it a week later. Hook it up and it works but only puts out 5 volts ac. No good. So today it got sent back and they are going to send me another b stock if mine still isn't fixed. I've been without subs for over 3 weeks now and it's killing me. I thought about hooking up the autotek but I dont' have proper fusing for it and it would be a pain with the way my current power wire is run. I have a question about thes autoteks. Not that I would do this, I just am not sure and neither is a freind. Will the amp work with just one power and ground hooked up as opposed to both terminals? I just want to hook it up and see if it works and I'm getting any voltage out. Just to test it since they wont be installed in my blazer for several months.
