Been on Effexor for close to 15 years as it has those side effects that benefit my kidney's and on the smallest dose. Doesn't bother me in the least. Buddy of mine had issues with it but I don't at all. Clonidine is also a medication that people take when they are trying to kick pain medications or when you are going bonkers on a anxiety attack as it slows your heart rate down to calm you down.

I have small dose of Ativan for that but I haven't taken it in years. I am also on Amitriptyline for Migraine prevention it is a dual use drug apparently it is also used for calming people down, muscle spasms and migraine prevention. I take it at bedtime and since then my migraines have gone from 20 a month to 3-5 a month. If I tend to have anxiety it is always after 8 or 9 pm and since I take my bedtime meds at 10 it works out perfect if I am having a small issue.

What drives me crazy is people who say that crap my dad did. "oh it is nothing just get over it work on something do this or that" doesn't work that way. I can try to play video games but my hands end up shaking too much to do that either on the PC or the PS5.

People's bodies product melatonin naturally all you are doing is boosting it. For some people it works others it doesn't. It doesn't do a damn thing for me. I have been known to go 2-3 days without sleep but when I crash I crash for 20 hours out of 24 the next day. I have tried multiple different medications but with what I am on I have to watch it so I just deal with it and sleep when I sleep if that is during the day so be it.

Ambien is the sh!t. But it is highly addictive. Side effects are sleep walking and people have been known to do stuff while on ambien and never remember. We had a guy wreck his moms van while on Ambien. He had no clue how he even got into the car.

Ambien is super addictive. Super addictive. Lol.

My celiac gut disease means all of my neurotransmitters are low. Your brain chemicals are developed in the gut; my gut is broken, so I have horrible brain regulation issues, when it comes to waking and sleeping. All of my neurotransmitters are low, every single one of them (had it tested). Going gluten free really helped. You are literally what you eat.

Monsanto corn, soy, wheat - that sh*t will kill you. Gluten literally causes a chemical like burn on my intestines. The best way to sleep is just to eat well and try to be peaceful inside. I can have big problems with being half asleep and half awake, where I can't go to sleep, but I'm so tired that I can't even get out of bed, but I can't go to sleep.

Our brains seem to be warred upon from every angle. Holy cow, if you look at our nation and world, it has seemed to work 😂 (y)

Ambien can cause sleep walking, or sleep typing. Or sleep anything. You have no idea that you're awake, and you won't know what happened the next day. Imagine finding that out as a minor by a corrupt psychiatrist who misdiagnosed you to make money off you by getting you addicted to his medication. That doctor is a huge part of a reason how I lost a family member.

Psychiatry is a psuedo-science. I can say that for a fact; I've been to many. I don't go anymore, because they'll diagnose you with whatever they can to sell you a pill, whether you need it or not. They don't care about what you actually have; they care about what they can diagnose you with, since the whole allopathic industry is just Rockefeller medicine.

I took ambien for years for insomnia and never got addicted. People just need to be smart enough to know their bodies and if their prescription is too strong. I was prescribed 10 mg. Ambien (highest recommended dosage) and I would constantly break the pills in half because I knew that 10 mg. was a little too much. It also made my prescription last twice as long.
