Sup everyone. Im kinda new to the car audio stuff so forgive me if i ask a lot of annoying questions. Im from the bay area, lots and lots of car audio shops out here. heres my set up:

pioneer deh-36000 HU

4 kickers 6.5 powered by

TMA t4404 4/3/2 channel amp:

90x4rms@4ohms

110x4rms@2ohms

220x2rms@4ohms

2 12" Volfenhag 1000w subs (bright red) w/ ported box powered by

Hifonics BX1000D brutus amp

i believe its a 1000.1 not sure (gift from brother)

my system sounds great, im still learning on how to tweak my 4 channel to perform at its best. it has low pass and high pass tuning, i dont know how to mess with that. And my hifonics is complicated to tune. i just set everything to a lil over halfway. If anyone in the bay area is willing to come out and teach me, it'd be great.

anyways, do you have a DMM? If not, do the Method by Ear instead.

If you do have a DMM then know this.

Power = how many watts RMS you are sending your sub.

Resistance, measured in Ohms, is how much resistance your voice coils have

It's basically sqrt (RMS x [final load of voice coils])
