thats very nice, How do you get such smooth results? do you start by drawing it? is it all photoshop? good work.

learn to use vector based artwork, lots of pen\lasso\marquee tools, and lots of layers.

use higher resolutions to draw it, and resize when you save it. i use 150~300dpi when i do artwork.
