Depends, what kinda music do you like and from where? You can check out mixtapetorrent.com, they have most of the new ones available pretty quickly. Also datpiff.com, but I don't like datpiff.

Obviously rap, but there are many different types of rap out there now.

Southern, check out mixtapetorrent.com, majority of their tapes are southern or feature southern artists.
