New Radio Won't Turn On

Hi all,

I bought a new radio for my Fiat Punto 2005 and after plugging it in it will not turn on. The original radio will still turn on when plugged back in but the new one shows no signs of life. The instructions are zero help so I'm hoping someone here could point me in the right direction to getting this working!
