New Project

Okay I see how that box is right but how would I do four on top and the port on the side or the bottom... when the port might have to be something like 4 or maybe bigger

From what I understand you want an Isobaric set up with ported/tuned cabinets? I've never heard of a ported ISOBARIC set up...kind of defeating the purpose of the isobaric configuration/purpose. (see next posting) How much power are you going to run? Isobaric requires smaller enclosure but more power for the same results. Why do you want to run isobaric? (this is the config I got off your "drawing")

what part of alabama are you in?
same plain = subs and port on the same side of box. demensions depends on what type/size box you want.
Im from Montgomery,Alabama but Im in Louisiana going to Grambling right now... and like I only have like 34 length 34 deep and 14 high

"Isobaric - configuration is a good way to get bass in a smaller box. This is done by building a box about half the volume of a sealed box, and placing two woofers facing each other. Note that everything must be sealed, including space between woofers. A spacer between both woofers must be used in most cases to avoid subs hitting each other. When wiring, make sure that woofers are out of phase: Wire one of them backwards (negative to positive, and positive to negative), so that both pull or push at the same time. An isobaric configuration will NOT put out much more power than a box using a single woofer. Its main purpose is to reduce box size. Another drawback is that since one of the subs is exposed, it is more prone to damage."

I see said the blind man to the deaf mute!

---brace the hell out of it! LOL! Seriously...like double up the 'center' piece of wood. lemme see...Ima kind slow! LOL! Okay, 4 subs, two subs each in their own shared and ported enclosure, with one port per enclosure. BUT...all together in one 'chambered' cabinet?

I think I just sprained a brain cell. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
