New Precision power amps any good????

That was a VERY good deal on a PC series amp. I believe the PC series is their best now.

The only slight concern I would have is if the amp is fan cooled or not. That oval casing isn't the best design for heat exchange. I would assume PPI has taken that into consideration with the design so, I wouldn't expect any problems.

x3 on guts and bench test.

 
K got the amp a lil bit ago.. Just Benched it to make sure is all working correct and not for any output numbers etc.. Amp feels nice and solid and is pretty heavy.. I'm gonna install it today and see how I like it..

+3 on old school points for using the power/speaker plugs. Had the same thing on my Viper 1100.5 and 2500.1

I personally don't care for them but at least that means you can replace the terminals if the screws get stripped. Just be careful to not accidentally pull them out because I did that a few times and thought my amp died.
