wow i guess im glad i live in MI

id vote for the second one,but if you cant tune out noise verry well id say look else where...kids will be screaming in the pool and the landscape looks like it will need to be upkept alot so lots of mowing and ect. In my old Apt i hated it because they would always be mowing at 8am.

When I was in collage I paid $680 a month for a 3 bedroom apartment. Its amazing how much a difference each state has in the housing market.
