That is all well and good... but you need the Guard Troop to enforce the TOS. A changing of the guard will not necesarily accomplish that. Of course, this is only my standard.

Heh, just checked out of curiousity......right now I've got the 11th highest post count. ya, squeak, there is some limit as to post count, but i think it is higher than Top 50
