Well I got bit by the bug again. About a year ago I sold all my stereo stuff except for my broken Alpine cda-7998. Here about 4 months ago is when I was bit. I bought 2 8" ID v.2's and those only lasted about 1 1/2 months and the my wife allowed me to buy 2 jl 8w7's and those were the best subs i've ever heard next to the 10w7's. not the loudest by anymeans but the clearity and the low notes sounded awsome while still getting pretty loud. A week after I got them installed I bought a new truck and the mangets were to big to do both of them, so I sold them and now I figured out how to get them installed but no longer have them. I'm thinking about tring a solox 10. I'm thinking it would be a neat speaker. I loved my 15L7's that I use to have. I just sent off my cda-7998 forr repairs so hopefully here in a week or so i'll have it back.
